Hi and Welcome! I'm Sheila! I'm The Tired Mama. Being a parent is a tough and exhausting job but, it is so fulfilling. I started this blog as an outlet for myself, but I have discovered that by writing about my experiences about motherhood, about living a healthy lifestyle, about family, and maybe some other topics in between, I can reach out and help other people. It's an honor and a privilege to be part of your world through my writing. As exhausted as I am, all of you perk me up and give me the motivation to continue.
